We come from 3 segments of the country - Maryland, Michigan, and last but not least Georgia. So far, everything is lovely. Not a lot of plans for today, we are enjoying being together. Our 2nd and 3rd day: Last night was a good night. The air up in these mountains is very fresh. We had a great day! It was my night to cook and I prepared chili, 10" burrito bake, and tacos. Afterwards, we played cards and then Monopoly well into the night. We admired the breathtaking view while sitting on the deck. Also, just a few miles from here is a little diner called Pat's Kountry Kitchen. They have great food! Our 4th day: We spent time at the apple orchard today. It is a very nice place to visit! Later back at the cabin, we cooked shrimp and grits. At the end of the day we spent time around the campfire. Thank you for the wonderful stay! Overall stay was a good one. The cabin has a great layout. Beds comfy and fireplaces everywhere. Covered deck is nice with pull down screens. Still enjoyed our stay with friends. Overall stay was a good one.
