Located in northern Georgia in Fannin County close to the borders of Tennessee and North Carolina, Lake Blue Ridge is a 3,300-acre lake created by Toccoa Electric Power Company in 1930. With approximately 60 miles of shoreline, 80% of that shoreline is national forest which offers some of the most beautifully scenic vistas surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Primarily fed by the Toccoa River, Lake Blue Ridge has an average depth of 100 feet with a max depth in some places of 250 feet.

Lake Blue Ridge hosts some of the best smallmouth and spotted bass fishing in the region in addition to white bass, largemouth, walleye, and spotted bass. You'll also find bluegill, catfish, and yellow perch.
