We were truly blessed with a full week at Fallen Timber. Way more cabin than two people need, but everyone should have the opportunity to live like royalty at least once in their lives. The cabin itself is beautiful and reflects the care and style of its hosts Gary and Lissa. The main floor is truly the heart of Fallen Timber. 90% of our time was spent in the living room and the kitchen/dining area. The view cannot truly be put into words. From the river below, up through the trees, and into the skies above...well you'll just have to put this journal down and go see for yourself. Walk the railroad tracks, float down the river, explore downtown Blue Ridge, spend a day at the lake, or just sit back and enjoy the view. Whatever you do, remember to count your blessings for the time you have while you are here. Thank You Gary and Lissa!
