The Rolling River Cabin fulfilled our hopes of a wonderful place to stay in luxurious comfort and enjoy the beautiful outdoors! Spending quality time with family!! We went Whitewater Rafting twice down the Ocoee. We did a 5-hour canoe trip, had good southern meals at Pat's Country Kitchen and enjoyed the great pastries at Mercier's Orchard. We look forward to returning again - we all agreed that this was a fabulous vacation!
Thanksgiving Memories at a Luxury Blue Ridge Cabin
Thanks for the memories! We traveled from Chicago, Round Rock, Winter Garden, and Cumming to celebrate Thanksgiving. The house and Blue Ridge did not disappoint. We even had one day of SNOW! Beautiful home and scenery. We are all super sad to leave.

Our 1st day: We are a family of 11, ranging in ages from 7 months to 65 years. We come from 3 segments of the country - Maryland, Michigan, and last but not least Georgia. So far, everything is lovely. Not a lot of plans for today, we are enjoying being together. Our 2nd and 3rd...
Our 1st day: We are a family of 11, ranging in ages from 7 months to 65 years. We come from 3 segments of the country - Maryland, Michigan, and last but not least Georgia. So far, everything is lovely. Not a lot of plans for today, we are enjoying being together. Our 2nd and 3rd day: Last night was a good night. The air up in these mountains is very fresh. We had a great day! It was my night to cook and I prepared chili, 10" burrito bake, and tacos. Afterwards, we played cards and then Monopoly well into the night. We admired the breathtaking view while sitting on the deck. Also, just a few miles from here is a little diner called Pat's Kountry Kitchen. They have great food! Our 4th day: We spent time at the apple orchard today. It is a very nice place to visit! Later back at the cabin, we cooked shrimp and grits. At the end of the day we spent time around the campfire. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
