We had a group of 10 ladies. On Friday, we arrived at the cabin; it was amazing. We all entered the cabin and began exploring each room. For some of the women on our trip, it was their first time experiencing the cabin life. All I can say is that they are hooked. I would highly recommend this property to all my family and friends. The pictures did not do the cabin any justice. It was more amazing. Thanks for the experience.

Amazing property and location. Very private and the views were amazing. The home was extremely clean and offered plenty of things to do. Special thank you to the staff and owner for accommodating my special request.

We had a great time. The cabin was amazing, and the view of the mountains, as well.

My family stayed for a few days over spring break. The Arcadia cabin was amazing, and we really appreciated all that was provided. We enjoyed a relaxing stay. The fire pit, hot tub, and amazing views were all a welcome treat. It was the first time in a long time our teens didn't spend 24/7 on electronic devices. They actually played! We cooked, we played games, we watched movies, we went exploring downtown.

My family has stayed in several of their properties and continue to go back because they are beautiful, comfortable, and every amenity has been thought of. 

Amazing and Breathtaking Views in the North Georgia Mountains

A "Re-Uniting" of best friends could not have happened at a more beautiful, awesome place! the scenic view, the welcoming decor - all just made our stay so beautifully memorable! Our best friend Joy always searches and finds the 5 star - perfect places! She has done it again! Thank you for sharing! We take away memories to last a lifetime! Your beautiful place has been so much a part of that! Would love to return!

Amazing Cabin!

We highly enjoyed this cabin for our fall break and birthday celebration. We loved the hot tub, played pool and watched movies. We caught some monster fish with Blue Ridge Fly Fishing, walked on railroad tracks and enjoyed a bonfire with smores. We also enjoyed shopping in town. We highly recommend The Vault and the New German Deli. Our favorite parts of the trip included playing pool and just being together. We had great family time while enjoying the view. Thank you for an amazing cabin! We had much needed hang time with our three teenage boys.

Amazing Cabin, Amazing Vacation!

We had an amazing time at Down By The River! The views are fantastic! We all loved relaxing by the fire and listening to the rain. We took a short trip into downtown Blue Ridge to explore and ended up with several bottles of the famous Blue Ridge Olive Oil Co. truffle oil. We also went on a hike down by the river! Great exercise for us all. Looking forward to coming back this summer!
