The wife and I spent our 27th wedding anniversary and brought in the New Year in this great cabin. Everything was as fun as expected! Beautiful, scenic yard and views. Enjoyed town and the Scenic Railway. We will be back! It was strangly warm for this time of year. I missed my "Snow Fix" haha. Maybe next time. Thanks for the accomodations! We Will Be Back! Down By The River was the perfect long weekend for us. The weather was crisp and cold (just what we wanted) and we so enjoyed ourselves by the fire pit every evening. Blue Ridge is a great destination and I know we will be back. Thank you for a beautiful cabin retreat and a perfect place to see and enjoy the beauty our God has created. Love this place! We Will Be Regular Customers! I loved everything about my stay in this beautiful home. I will be a regular customer! We Will Come Back Next Year! We stayed here for a week and it was great. We came to spend part of my daughter's 15th birthday. The cabin is amazingly beautiful. Very nicely decorated with a fantastic river view. We liked it very much, we will come back on summer vacation. The fireplace and seating area by the river is a great place to have a weenie roast or to make s'mores. Hot tubs and pool table were fun for everyone. Large, well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare some great meals and enjoy them together. We will definitely be back! We will definitely do this again! This was a great couples retreat! The cabin was perfectly warm and inviting. We relaxed, watched movies, and really enjoyed the piano room that we renamed the Boom Boom Room! :) We chilled in the hot tub, and loved the kitchen as well.
